Un rhum goûté au Lucerne Gin and Rum Festival en 2024. Un beau nez assez complexe avec du végétal, du rôti, des pâtisseries, de la poire et du coing et des agrumes. La bouche manque de subtilité avec pas mal d’agrumes en premier plan, du bois et des fruits jaunes. L’alcool pourrait être mieux intégré. La finale est assez belle avec de beaux amers tout à la fin. Un rhum que j’aime bien, mais la bouche n’est pas à la hauteur du reste.
Aérien, nez magnifique et la bouche est totalement différente, moins interessante ! Amertume en finale ! Ensuite, verre vide, le rhum est complètement différent au nez . Bouteille dégustée à Crans-Montana avec des amis.
Juste un bonbon pas puissant gourmand ,légèrement épicé, un arôme agrume qui viré aux fruits exotiques, puis vient une crème caramel....top une finale assez courte, pour autant je me laisse un Carreau de chocolat noire cinq minutes apres...et la la bouche éclaté en saveur :) un top j.m
