This rum, Longueteau RSMA Cuvée des Bâtisseurs, from the Esperance distillery in Guadeloupe is result of the partnership with RSMA, The Régiment du Service Militaire Adapté. This release is distilled 2023 and made from 100% Red Cane. After distillation it rested for 1 year before bottled. The nose is round with scents of lime and licorice. At the palate it’s round, fresh and oily with flavors of citrus, sugarcane and iodine. The finish is long and dry with a peppery flavor.
