It was distilled in 1988 from Molasses with a Single Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 27 years. The rum has an ABV of 50,3%. This is a limited release and there are only 113 bottles. 12 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.9/10. The rum smells like Berries, Woody and Licorice, and on the palate there is Toffee, Coffee and Complex.

This is yet another wonderful rum from the wildlife collection. The nose can be picked up from quite some distance away. A heavy and wonderful nose that sets off fruity mixed with some polish followed with nice spices and a woody touch. The palate is complex yet well balanced with fruits and spices. In the back i get wonderful licorice and toffee. The finish is long with coffee, spices and fruits. I get some nougat in there as well.
Yum! Lovely smooth rum with nice combination of fruity and darker woody / spicy side. Finish is intensively coffee-ish.
