This is yet another wonderful rum from the wildlife collection. The nose can be picked up from quite some distance away. A heavy and wonderful nose that sets off fruity mixed with some polish followed with nice spices and a woody touch. The palate is complex yet well balanced with fruits and spices. In the back i get wonderful licorice and toffee. The finish is long with coffee, spices and fruits. I get some nougat in there as well.
Yum! Lovely smooth rum with nice combination of fruity and darker woody / spicy side. Finish is intensively coffee-ish.
