Superb ripe banana nose Palate: full-bodied Medium to long length To be blind-tasted with the Perle 2017 as I think it's ahead of the Perle 2023.
A rum tasted at Rhum Fest in 2024. The nose is marked by spices, citrus and a clear herbaceous edge. On the palate, the spices dominate first, then the other aromas follow and the finish is rather short.
The usual a1710 texture (fruit, flowers, leather, a touch of metal, a little truffle) with a chemical banana edge and slightly less "fresh" than the classic pearl.
Slight metallic taste that I don't like
