On aeration, the fruits are dried with raisins, apricots, molasses makes presence, flowery, there is strong roastedness with leather, coffee, winterly feeling with cinnamon. 8,3:On the palate, the attack is really creamy, round with cherry whipped cream, roasted wood notes, caramelized dried apricots, syrupy, with strawberry and banana very like a marmelade.There are spicy vanilla and ginger, after the rest, lots of pastry, candied fruits, some coffee, slightly metallic patina, with molasses flowing beside. 7,7:The finish is rather short, light, dry and tannic, buttery with cream toffee, vanilla and dried, red fruits, slightly nutty and also with some leather..
