Naja, für das ein Rum aus Jamaika der Grundstoff sein soll... ich kann hier aber leider nichts wirklich entdecken ob der von Hampden, worthy park etc sein soll. Die Mirabelle überlagert hier definitiv alles. Wenn es ein Schnaps wäre, o.k., aber ein Rum definitiv leider nicht. Komplett alles überlagert durch das Finish.
Mirabellenbrand trifft auf Pfirsich-Maracuja-Joghurt. Erneut ein durchaus faszinierendes Experiment, das blind irgendwo zwischen Obstbrand und Rumlikör eingeordnet worden wäre. Erneut ist die Auswahl des Fasses, die Lagerdauer sowie die Trinkstärke sehr gut gelungen, das Ganze ist bestens trinkbar und fast schon gefährlich süffig.
Well whatever Jamaican rum went into it, the mulberry cask killed it completely. It taste like apricot eau die vie, how do you rate this? As a rum this is horrible, but it is not a horrific experience
Leider ist nichts über den Grundstoff bekannt. Ich kann keinen Tipp abgeben, da der Rum durch die Vorbelegung nicht wirklich erkennbar ist. Könnte blind ein Marillenbrand sein.
