It was distilled in 2012 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 65,3%. The nose is incredibly gourmand! Esters, tropical fruits (passion fruit, banana). On the palate, it's just as delicious. It's very funky, very fruity and really well balanced.
