Mein letzter Rum aus Venezuela ist schon etwas länger her. Meine Erinnerungen an diese Rums aus der "spanischen Ecke" zeugen meist von dunkler Schokolade, gebranntem Zucker, altem Holz und dunklen Beeren. Hier werden meine Erinnerungen bestätigt. Ein leckerer Rum, der merklich verdünnt wirkt, insbesondere km kurzen Abgang.
Un bel ovni car on a ici un finish en bière brune qui ramène de l’amertume notamment à ce ron. Le ron est déjà assez chargé pour le coup, c’est ultra épais, caramel beurre salé, peut être quelques fruits banane ou citron. Un bon moment.
Un nez très gourmand sur le caramel et le sucre et un léger citron. La bouche, elle, est sympa mais pas extrêmement bien intégrée. Après, c’est globalement une bonne surprise et un haut degrés pour un Ron Vénézuélien (sans sucre ajouté !). Le finish bière Stout lui apporte une légère amertume, pas dérangeante. Étonnamment il a pu me faire penser à quelques agri en bouche. Bouteille sympa !
Le finish en fût de bière brune apporte beaucoup de gourmandise. Un rhum consensuel qui peut plaire au plus grand nombre par sa facilité à être déguster. Beaucoup de rondeur.
