How does this rum taste?
RumX members highlight a bold, very salty profile with bright citrus and fresh sugarcane—an atypical Bielle that some found 'détonnant' and round with clear house markers. Several reviewers note sea-immersed casks behind the pronounced salinity, with orange, dried fruit and a touch of milk chocolate peeking through. With 14 community reviews and only 182 bottles, this 49% cane-juice rum appeals to fans of briny character.

Salé salé salé ensuite la canne.
An explosive rum. There's no comparison, and the tasting is unsettlingly pleasurable. There's greediness, roundness and the markers of bielle.
Two drums plunged into the open sea at a depth of 20 meters... it could have been a good test. But in my opinion, it's a complete failure here, and it's really disgusting. In my opinion, the salinity provided by the seawater is too present and distracting, and the rum is too young and has only taken on the salt, or almost all of it. Nothing else, no length in the mouth, in short a big disappointment... and what an affront to Bielle!
