Wagemut Fasssprache No. 5 Karpaten Eiche. Hier natürlich auch in Nase und Gaumen Fass und frische Eiche zu riechen/schmecken. Mir persönlich ist der Abgang zu rau, daher kommt er nicht and die deutsche Eiche ran.
Karpaten Eiche: noch nie gehört. Erinnert mich sowohl an Orangenmarmelade und Schale, sowie an nassen Karton und aufgrund seiner Mineralität und Kräuter Noten auch an Weißwein. Im Abgang sehr pelzig und pfefferig scharf! Ganz wilde Nummer und schwer zu beschreiben..
Insgesamt weniger Fasseinfluss, fast wie der Basisrum.
