“Fasssprache N. 08 Acacia vs. N. 01 Basis Rum. Die 6 zusätzlichen Monate im new-make Akazien- (Robinien-) Fass haben die Farbe um 9 Stufen dunkler werden lassen. Endlich mal ein Nicht-Eichen-Fass. Nase: das ist jetzt mal anders! Ganz intensiv zu Beginn Pfeifentabak. Und dazu süßlich-rauchig-speckig. Gar nicht mehr pfeffrig-limettig. Die Frucht geht eher in Richtung dezente Aprikose. Hinten kommen dann doch noch Zitrusfrüchte. Ich mag Pfeifentabak. 7,8 Gaumen: die Nase setzt sich am Gaumen fort. Wieder süßlicher Pfeifentabak ganz vorne. Rauchig-speckig, das hat die Basis so nicht. Lakritze, Muskat und etwas Kümmel runden ab, wirkt deutlich runder und reifer, besonders der Tabak kommt hinzu. Mag ich sehr 7,8”
