“Fasssprache N. 11 Cherry vs. N. 01 Basis Rum. Die 6 zusätzlichen Monate im new-make Wildkirschen-Fass haben die Farbe um 5 Stufen dunkler werden lassen. Nase: eine sehr interessante Wandlung und ganz anders als alle bisherigen. Viel eleganter und zarter, überhaupt kein alkoholischer Biss mehr. Anstatt vordergründiger Limette, jetzt ganz feine Zitrone mit Maracuja. Allen voran aber wirkt er frisch, intensiv nach frisch geschnittenen Rosenstängeln, das ist schon besonders. Erst dahinter kommen leicht kandierte Früchte, wie im Früchtebrot. Gefällt mir sehr gut. 8,0 Gaumen: auch hier total anders, die Basis ist kaum wieder zu erkennen. Dominierend ist, wie in der Nase, Rose! Aber eher wieder Rosenstängel. Gleich daneben ordentlich Süßholz. Wirkt insgesamt eher grün-kräuterig-würzig. Das ist zwar wirklich interessant, mir aber eindeutig zu viel Rose. 7,2.”
