“Verkostet gegen den legendären Navy namens Tiger Shark (RX183), um herausfinden, ob 100 EUR Preisunterschied gerechtfertigt sind. Antwort: Sind sie. Der Kill Devil ist ein merkwürdiger Rum. Wirkt eher wie ein gepimpter, klebriger Kräuterlikör auf Dope. Wo sind die Jamaica-Bestandteile abgeblieben? Wenn der Rum nicht nur aus Guyana und Jamaica, sondern - wie der Tiger Shark - bestünde, wäre es vielleicht halbwegs spannend geworden. So natürlich nicht. Immerhin ist der Alkohol gut integriert.”

“I'm. Geruch kommt viel jamaika (ester Ananas, Banane Rosinen) gepaart mit einem starkem guyana ton(Holz dunkel, Malz und dunkle Schokolade) Im Geschmack dann das gleiche Bild. Den Alkohol finde ich gut eingebunden und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist echt super bei diesem vor allem unter anbetracht der hohen Alkoholstärke”
