“Fasssprache N. 06 Tokaji Oak vs. N. 01 Basis Rum. Die 6 zusätzlichen Monate im kleinen new-make Eichenfass aus der Ungarischen Tokajer-Region haben die Farbe um 9 Stufen dunkler werden lassen. Nase: man merkt die intensivere Reifung in dem kleinen Holzfass, viel Ahornsirup-Süße und Vanille, auch eine schöne, süßliche Tabaknote und süße Lakritze dahinter. Leichte Zitrone mit Maracuja und Aprikose dazu etwas ungewöhnliches Richtung Veilchen. Ganz anders als die Basis, reifer, runder, süßer, interessanter. Bisher am intensivsten. 7,7 Gaumen: kräftig würzig-holzig. Wirkt voller als die Basis, kaum pfefferig, aber auch bitter mit Muskat zu Beginn. Geht mehr in die Nussigkeit, kräftige Pekannuss und bekommt eine schokaladige Textur mit etwas Mokka. Leicht rauchig. Die Frucht geht eher in Richtung Aprikose als Limette und grünem Apfel. Sehr gute Fassteifung. 7,7”
