Wagemut Fasssprache No. 13, hier das Kirifass. Bei diesem Rum ist der Fasseinfluss schon wieder deutlicher zu spüren, schmeckt doch sehr holzig. Außerdem kommt er leicht fruchtig daher. Schöne Kombo und auch ganz okay dieser Rum.
Kiri: asiatischer super schnell wachsender Baum. Riecht sehr rauchig und harzig vor allem. Geschmacklich ist das wohl der einer der intensivsten Holz Einflüsse die ich jemals erlebt habe. Außer Harz schmeckt man quasi fast gar nichts. Bitter, ölig und adstringierend pelzig. Überhaupt nicht meins. Aber jetzt kann ich behaupten Mal was aus diesem Fass getrunken zu haben! 😃
Leichte Nuss, Alkohol besser eingebunden, insgesamt runder.
