“Fasssprache N. 16 Mizunara vs. N. 01 Basis Rum. Der letzte der Reihe. Die 6 zusätzlichen Monate im new-make Mizunara-Fass haben die Farbe um 4 Stufen dunkler werden lassen. Nase: auch wieder reifer und runder als die Basis, mit feinen Wandlungen. Würzig-holzig, mit Vanille und einem leichten Hauch Lakritze, auch feinen Tabak und Kakao vernehme ich, davor aber noch die Ahornsirup-Süße oder auch Karamell. Jetzt kommen erst die Frucht-Noten hinzu schwer zu sagen, aber vielleicht doch wieder Aprikose. Fein und schön. 7,6 Gaumen: süßlich-ölig-würzig. Lakritze und Süßholz, leicht salzig, aber nicht mehr so grob und bitter. Die salzig-süße Lakritze geht in Aprikose und schwarze Johannisbeere über. Hinten raus noch mal leicht und angenehm speckig-süß. Auch am Gaumen macht sich die seltene Mizunara-Eiche gut und sorgt für feinere Aromen. 7,6 Insgesamt ist das Fasssprache-Experiment eine echt tolle Idee und ist sehr gut umgesetzt. Hut ab Nikolas. Ich meine auch, dass der Basis-Rum gut gewählt ist, ist er doch alles andere als langweilig und bietet viel Potenzial für die Fässer. 👍”
