Palate Medium intense, light wood, fresh, fruity, dried fruit, faint cherry, faint coffee, light anise, dry. Finish Long and warm, wood, light roasted, berries, light coffee, raisin. Needs time to rest for the profile to open up properly.
A positive surprise! Fully ripe sweet and sour pineapple & passion fruit, plus coffee, aniseed, olive brine and light roasted aromas. Quasi a grand aroma as an easy sipping rum. You can definitely do it, but of course it could do with a few % more, but it is very well balanced!
