It was distilled in 1998 from Molasses and then aged for 25 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 61,7%. A lovely caroni with all the right markers and a freshness that adds length. Not exuberant except for the freshness, but well balanced. Very good indeed.
