On The Rocks. On the nose very very smooth with a beautiful moderate mix of fruit, sweetness, Bourbon and Cognac. Taste reveals an immediate bourbon spice transitioning into a mild fruit sweetness and cognac… further evolving into the long finish a slightly bitter with a delayed burn with hints of sweetness coming back and fading away. This is very smooth and delicious overall Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose very mild musky with a mild sweet fruit. Taste is smooth with a moderate sweet fruit. Finish is short with the sweet fruit slowly fading away. It is ok mixed but I feel it is a waste to drink mixed.
Honestly no idea what I'm tasting. But I can't stop trying. Definitely for sipping. Close your eyes and imagine where it takes you.
145 yo wood column still. Beauty banana and pineapple on the nose; ripe pineapple and banana on the palate.
