Now I really like Barbadian rum so maybe I score this one a bit too high, but it is really good in my world. The nose is fruity with honey and vanilla and the longer it rests the stronger the nose becomes. The palate is a little sweet with chocolate and vanilla. There is a a bit of orange, tobacco in there. Way back i can find wood, grass and leather. The finish is nice and long with smoky oak and fruits.
Coconut cream, vanilla, banana, cherries and fine oak. Easy but super tasty
Etwas zu süß und nicht 100%ig rund aber nicht verkehrt
Wow, kommt der fruchtig blumig in die Nase. Habe sofort Banane, Kokos, Aprikose und Süß-schwere Dörrpflaume. Da gesellt sich noch etwas süß-säuerliches wie Cassis dazu. Die Süße von Honig ist dabei. Aber auch trockene Vanille und eine leichte Röstigkeit. Ja, die 62% merkt man... kräftig isser. Metallisch zunächst, dann ins süße, fruchtige kippend, Sauerkirsche. Etwas holzig bitter und Würze von Tabak, Vanille und grünen Kräutern. Im Abgang Leder. Nicht der schlechteste Barbados.
