"It’s an interesting Cuban rum. Nose is light with vanilla and baking spices. Mouth has tobacco and mocha with a caramel and molasses layer underneath. More depth and complexity than the regular releases. Finish brings cardboard and some more complex orange notes. Longer finish than expecting with wood and orange left for a long time after the sip. Could see it working with a cigar. For me it honestly felt a bit under powered and flat. Has the complexity but not interest to score higher. If anything SdM is better"
