A very fine and delicate Neisson at first. Perfume. Flowers. Chamomille. Dry. Sugarcane juice. In taste: more hay. Grass. Chamomille is very present. A bit of white pepper. There's some young perfumated wood present, very delicate, might be the mizunara. All in all nice and well balanced. A bit like a Japanese whisky.
Toller junger Agricole und mein erster Agricole mit mizunara finish. Gigantische Nase nach Ananas, Birne, Mandeln, Marzipan und Zimt. Aromatisch eine tolle süße, gepaart mit schwarzem Pfeffer, Piment, Zimt und dunkler Schokolade mit Meersalz und Orangenschale, dann wieder Ananas und Orange. Angenehme Tannine und generell wirklich sehr ausgewählt und lecker. Im Abgang kommen dann etwas mehr Kräuter und Holz, sowie Ingwer Noten dazu. Insgesamt ein sehr rundes, warmes und "knuspriges ' Profil! Positiv überrascht! Endlich Mal Mizunara finish exzellent gewählt und vollendet!
A very sweet and safe nose on this Neisson. Yellow fruit, almond, cane and citrus. These impressions are confirmed on the palate with a very soft attack. A discreet woodiness. Very pleasant. But not up to my expectations. I wonder to what extent it's the casks that bring out this smoothness.
The natural sweetness provided by 18 months in Mizunara oak barrels is marvellous. I find this batch 2 better than the 1st batch.
