Un rhum goûté au Rum and Gin Festival à Lucerne en 2024. Un très beau nez gourmand avec des épices de Noël, du bois vernis, du cake aux fruits et de la noisette grillée. La bouche est tout aussi belle et complexe avec toujours le cake aux fruits, la noisette grillée, des fruits et du bois de santal. La finale est longue, sur les fruits et le bois de santal. Une vraie découverte que ce Clément single cask qui ne ressemble à aucun autre.
Nase: getrocknete Früchte, etwas Banane, Zimt, Holz, zum Anfang etwas scharf verflüchtigt sich aber Der Gaumen ist eigentlich wie die Nase, die Früchte schön intensiv noch Kirsche, die Schärfe bleibt leider etwas, Abgang hat viel Holz mit Vanille was mir aber gefällt
On commence avec un nez très agréable, j’ai l’impression d’être dans un commerce qui fabrique des pâtisseries. En bouche, c’est autre chose, extrêmement complexe et flatteur. C’est un rhum aérien et très accessible.
Agricoles mit solchen Alkohol Stärken ist eher selten. Entsprechend hoch waren meine Erwartungen an das Geschmacksvolumen. Man wird mit schöner Frucht und Gewürz/Holz belohnt. Auch die typische (Hasel)Nuss fehlt natürlich nicht. Tolles PLV.
