“Dégustation chez J. B. Labat. Un nez ample de beurre noisette, de la mélasse, du cuir jeune, des pruneaux et des épices. Des arômes lourds et sombres en bouche avec de la mélasse, du sucre brun et du caramel amer. Les arômes ont tendance à évoluer en bouche ce qui est très intéressant, l’amertume et les épices se renforcent et disparaissent à tour de rôle. La finale est longue mais trop unidimensionnelle sur du café amer et du boisé lourd mais pas envahissant. Une très belle sortie de la cave Guildive.”
