It was distilled in 2006 from Molasses and then aged for 17 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 64%. The rum is nice, but the cognac tail does not suit the Belize sweetness
Smell fine, after drinking a lot and long pinches on the tongue. I don't like the cognac tail.
