"On The Rocks: On the nose moderate fruit and with mild fruit, floral and oak notes. There is a subtle sweetness hinting at some complexity. Taste has a moderate spice with a brief alcohol and burn. Opens up with a more complex profile of Burbon notes and spice with a lingering warmth. Finish is long with a lasting spice and warmth. This is quite a complex rum considering the aging. This is an exciting rum that is very unique and enjoyable. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose dusty Pepsi Zero with a mild spice and bourbon notes. Taste is smoother with continued bourbon and spice notes. Finish is short and smooth, and still enjoyable with some complexity."

"Funky unpalatable, unpleasant. Like chewing on leather shoes after a long hike."
