The "Haiti Rum" was produced in Haiti. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 2004 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 18 years. Nice rum, nose: delicate lacquer, vanilla, pear, wood. Mouth: sweet lacquered vanilla, pleasant to the mouth, feels balanced, medium sweet finish and a bit dry and woody.
