“A côté d'un Sajous et d'un PMG, le nez est un peu plus fermé mais on retrouve tout de même une très belle canne, assez végétale mais équilibrée. Après la canne ce sont les agrumes qui font leur apparition pour aller vers un profil plus gourmand. L'entrée en bouche est vive et fraîche. Puis la bouche se fait un peu plus piquante, tout en gardant une fraîcheur assez suave. On retrouve un côté un peu marin, sûrement amené par le pot still. La finale est relativement longue et toujours un peu piquante, elle oriente vers un profil un poil plus amer. Un très beau distillat de canne à sucre !”
