"David is a nice guy and knows his stuff. Nose: lots of pine wood in the nose. Woodspices.. Pretty strong in the nose. Let's slowly drink this. Tasty: waxy/oily mouthfeel. Demerara sugar. Caramel...and then the agricole and Bielle kicks in. Juniper. Still the pine wood. Warm but maybe less burn you'd expect for 65%. Interesting. Not your classic Bielle."
