"Tasted at Ian Burrell’s Masterclass at UK RumFest. For me it leads with the burnt suger profile that is typical of Guyanan rums and perhaps a Port Mourant. I had spotted the Precious Drops stand and though this might be their White Cat (particularly also because there was a second Guyanan rum which I thought could be the Black Cat). Turns out I was wrong on the bottle but right on the still and bottler - I think that’s more luck than judgement but I’ll take it! This was actually my favourite of the five tried in the blind tasting, and it had some well-heeled competition."
"A strange weak Guyana with no conclusion at all."
"Very clean and fresh Diamond. Great complexity!"
"Tasted at German rum festival Amazing rum. Very easy sipper and fantastic taste. Another very good bottling by Precious Liquors."
