How does this rum taste?
The "Seleksyon Night" was produced in Guadeloupe at the Papa Rouyo distillery. It was distilled in 2021 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for 2 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 62%. This is a limited release and there are only 120 bottles. No added sugar. .
