“Once again a mega tasty ITP 2007: passion fruit, sour cherry and oak on the nose with some glue. On the palate, oak and dark chocolate meet passion fruit and mint. Overall very astringent but still very balanced and tasty. Only the acidity is very dominant overall, but on the other hand it also makes the taste special.”
