“Un rhum dégusté au Rhum Fest en 2024. Un nez plutôt discret avec les marqueurs classiques : herbes, agrumes épices et bois. La bouche attaque sur un boisé/fût pas très net assez désagréable mais sans être trop marquant, heureusement. La finale reste hélas marquée par ce fût pas net. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi utiliser un fût pas net en espérant que tout s’améliorera avec le mélange d’autres fûts. C’est le contraire qui arrive, le fût pas net contamine tout le reste. Ce n’est pas un cas isolé parmis les agricoles.”
