It was distilled from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 17 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 53,6%. "Verkostet auf der Village in Nürnberg. Nase leicht floral mit einer guten Portion Aplfel, Birne und getrockneter Feige. Am Gaumen dann auch Schokolade mit dabei und deutlich würzigen und weniger floral. Ganz stimmig, aber nicht ganz mein Stil."
