Nachtrag aus letztem Jahr von der Weihnachtsfeier. Absolut solider, eher trockener und würziger El Salvador Single Cask. Die typischen Aromen Haselnuss, Tonkabohne, Milchschokolade und Bratapfel sowie grünem Apfel und Bourbon Fass sind hier gut integriert. Der Alkohol ist nicht störend und besser integriert als beim Vorgänger Fass 2023.
Verkostet auf der Village in Nürnberg. Nase leicht floral mit einer guten Portion Aplfel, Birne und getrockneter Feige. Am Gaumen dann auch Schokolade mit dabei und deutlich würzigen und weniger floral. Ganz stimmig, aber nicht ganz mein Stil.
