Vanilla, nutmeg, leather, coffee, tobacco, baked pineapple, orange peel, fermented fruit Very, very well integrated alcohol. It’s almost not noticeable alcohol. No additives Nicaragua and Panama only Ex bourbon, mollasses based, straight aged(not solera) It’s the first time I had a chance to try it. Izalco has a very good and interesting range. I would say every bottle serves different purpose or person - commendable!
