The Rum & Crab Shack Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum

Woody and spicy. Bit like cognac, but with dark, sweet fruity aftertaste. Likely the best ever fingering from a dead man in my life to date

Well this one is a good one for mixers but not so much as a plain sipper. Nose is artificially sweet full of winter spicy elements such as cinnamon. On the palate it resembles the same spicy winter mix and sweet with a bit of chilly elements. Coffee is present too that sort of reminds me some coffee sweets such as Kofila that is known is Slovakia. Overall I can imagine a good dark n' stormy but overall I would not recommend drinking it neat.

Nose: synthetic, fruit chewing gum, orange Palate: sweet, orange, nutmeg, spices, unimpressive Finish: dry, medium length Overall impression: the nose promises more than the palate can deliver. I wouldn't even want to mess up a mixer with this, rating lowered from originally 6.0 to 5.5 2023 For €21, you get a strongly flavored and sweetened mixer that doesn't have much of a rum flavor because of the intense chewing gum aroma. Otherwise a drinkable party spirit.

Infused, sweetened, artificial

Cool name and design, but that's about it. Unfortunately, to be an eye-catcher on the shelf, it also has to be drunk. It tastes artificially sweet on its own and the fruity note is also a disaster. Spiced rums are not my cup of tea and this has manifested itself with this flop. Just a 5 because it is suitable for mixing.

Unfortunately, this spiced rum is not my taste at all. In the nose rather spices, vanilla and caramel. The taste is a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. But very artificial and alcohol not well integrated

Only bought it at the time because of the cool glass that came with it. It took me ages to use it only as a mixer. I couldn't use it on its own. As with many others that I try out as a mixer for guests from time to time, it is also far too sweet. The artificial taste is like a slap in the face like most spirit drinks.

Bah, also das ist wirklich so eins der miesesten Rums die ich verkosten musste. Komischer likörartiger Zuckersaft. Wirklich kein Vergnügen. Schätze mit Cola ist der auch nicht zu retten. Da bleib ich lieber trocken

This tastes like admiral old j spiced rum re bottled ... Minimal spices and flavourings .. not a good flavour profile just more halewood rubbish
