A white wine of balance and subtlety. A hint of nuts, a good touch of citrus, a delicate vegetal framework and measured sweetness. It's a great success, and the 60.3° is creamy (the almost one-year rest/brewing must have something to do with it). It's almost discreet compared to the exuberance of a Mangles du Père Labat or a Bielle organic cane grise tasted recently.
