"On The Rocks: On the nose it is a more subtle aroma with a balanced mild spice, fruit, oak and sweetness. Taste reveals a progressively building moderate spice with a balanced sweetness, oak and fruit notes. The spice quickly overtakes the rest of the balanced taste profile. There is a slightly delayed chest burn that was pleasant. Finish is medium length with a sweetness but also a slightly building bitterness with a mild fruit/apple sweetness. This is not a typical flavour bomb that you could pour a gentleman’s drink over ice. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose Dusty old Pepsi zero warehouse. Taste is a confusing slightly sweet yet bitter taste that is not overly pleasant. Finish is very short. I don’t not recdomend drinking mixed."
