“C’est un rhum avec un nez fruité (ananas, fruit de la passion et banane) et floral, c’est frais et on est loin des rhum high ester de la Jamaïque. En bouche on est plus sur de l’amertume de pamplemousse-groseilles, mais c’est doux malgré les quelques 55%. On a une belle longueur plutôt épicée.”
