“29.10.2022 whisky & Rum Festival, nice event with a few friends and a few of our own bottles. Another very nice release from The Wild Parrot. Fruity and fresh as well as intense. Needed to rest for a good while. Spicy and natural sweet palate with a long and warming finish.”

“The nose is fruity (pineapple, passion fruit and banana) and floral, fresh and a far cry from the high ester rums of Jamaica. On the palate, it's more grapefruit-groseberry bitterness, but it's sweet despite the 55% alcohol content. The finish is long and rather spicy.”
