The Plantation Barbados rum, aged for 10 years at the West Indies distillery and bottled by Maison Ferrand, reveals a unique blend of classic Barbados rum with a whisky finish. Distilled from molasses using pot and column stills, it offers a combination of vanilla, caramel, fruity, and spicy aromas, transitioning to a sweet, whiskey-infused taste. "Wow, nope. Fortunately, I can't taste anything from the whisky barrel, but this rum seems somehow ordinary and is clearly too spicy."
