The "Demerara Rum" was produced in Guyana. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 1980 from Molasses and then aged for 21 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. This is a limited release and there are only 288 bottles.

“11.05.2009 Relaxing with my ex-wife and baby son over dinner and a few rums. Notes Dark to very dark in colour. Nose Fresh, wood, light roasted, faint smoke, dried fruit, citrus, faint coffee. Palate Oily, light, wood, faint smoke, raisin, citrus, light caramel, faint herbs, light chocolate. Finish Medium long, light, wood, raisin, light caramel and chocolate.”
