I like this style of rum generally. I think paranubes is great in this gurkenwater style of fermenting. Unfortunately this one is quite too young. Alcohol integration keeps me from really enjoying it. I want this with 8-10 years please
Volle tropische Früchte Power in der Nase. Wirklich Klasse. Am Gaumen geht es dann deutlich würziger weiter, der Einfluss der kurzen Lagerung ist deutlich erkennbar. Finde ihn im Vergleich zu vielen Melasse WPs um einiges geschmeidiger, was mir Hoffnung für die Zukunft macht. Freu mich dann schon auf WPE/CJN in ein paar Jahren das kann was spannendes werden
Ein sehr leckerer Worthy Park. In der Nase bereits Zitrusfrüchte zu erkennen. Im Geschmack ebenso. Ich denke man erkennt hier sehr gut die Aprikosen. Alles in allen ein solider Worty Park. Ich mag ihn gerne.
Ein voller Fruchtkorb, Ester. Wirkt sehr jung, eigentlich wie ein ungelagerter Weißer. Ich würde mir eine längere Lagerung wünschen.
