“Un rhum dégusté au stand Fines Spirits Auction du WLP. Un nez fort en atelier mécanique avec de la fraîcheur et beaucoup de bois amer et mouillé. La bouche laisse ses exploser des fruits mais aussitôt après l’amertume du bois reprend le dessus et tient le haut du pavé jusqu’en finale. Un beau rhum pour lequel un forte oxydation doit révéler des trésors d’arômes cachés. Il fait beaucoup penser au Velier 23yo 1994 jaune, mais avec une singularité encore plus marquée.”
