“Un nez robuste et boisé, assez typique mais dans le même temps, plutôt élégant. Le praliné aux épices mélangé avec un fût de chêne. Derrière tout cela, un petit coté fruité discret. L'acool est vraiment très bien intégré au nez, on se croirait un peu sous les 50%. En bouche c'est bien épicé et boisé, on est vraiment sur les marqueurs st James. Mais vraiment si on aime ce profil, c'est un super rhum à un prix sympa. Je ne lui mets pas 90+ parce que c'est encore un peu trop sur le bois pour les goûts personnels mais c'est vraiment très bien!”
