Le nez est gourmand et pâtissier ! On a une belle tarte au sucre brûlé avec du fruité à gogo (de la prune, du raisin sec, des fruits confits …). L’ensemble est parfaitement équilibré et harmonieux. En bouche, on est moins sur les fruits (hormis la cerise) mais plus sur les épices avec un profil plus terreux et salé. Et on retrouve des notes fumées ! La finale est fine sur les épices et le boisé avec une pointe de salé. Ma foi c’est frais et léger, mais j’ai préféré le 2008 10 Y à ce 2003 14 Y. Même si cela reste une belle référence.
