The anniversary edition in the Wild Series just tastes good - first a little round and soft in taste and rounds off with a contrast of a little bit of sharpness, which fits well.
Alcohol could be better integrated. Not my favorite Enmore.
Tasted at Whisky and rum festival at politikens hus, the 27th of October 2023. The 50th release of Wild Series. I found it to have a sweetness in the nose. Complex taste with notes of fruits, subtle hints of wood and sweetness
Für einen kontinental gereiften Versailles Guyana Diamond überraschend rund und lecker. Veilchen, Bleistift, gebranntes karamell, Birne, Nelke und andere Gewürze. Rund und ausgewogen aber insgesamt dennoch nicht wirklich mein Profil.
