“Au nez, d'abord des zestes de clemenvilla associés au miel de printemps. Puis du chèvrefeuille, des traces de muguet. En bouche, noix de macadamia et cajou legerement grillées, feuilles de bois d'Inde. Puis apparaît une discrète pulpe de coco, pour finir sur la chair de clemenvilla. C'est équilibré, très axé fraîcheur et légèreté.”
