"Une drĂŽle dâidĂ©e que dâappliquer la mĂ©thode Solera Ă un rhum Demerara, suivi dâune finition en fĂ»t de sherry. Le nez est trĂšs sucrĂ© et caramĂ©lisĂ© avec une influence de fruits rouges, dâĂ©pices douces et de tabac. La bouche est assez huileuse, la rĂ©duction Ă 40% ayant impactĂ© le profil aromatique du rhum. La rĂ©glisse, lâanis, la cannelle, le chocolat, le caramel et le boisĂ© vanillĂ© dominent avec un soupçon de tabac et de thĂ©. La finale est trĂšs courte, le profil est plus sombre et torrĂ©fiĂ© comme les rhums de Demerara. Loin dâĂȘtre un rhum de rĂ©fĂ©rence mais abordable pour son prix."
