“The molasses for the two distillates in this rum relaxed completely from sugar cane from own cultivation at Mount Gay - thus the rum carries the single estate label so not only for marketing reasons. Exclusively pot still rum was blended here and result in an appealing play of flavors - differs from the classic, primarily strong-spicy Mount Gay profile, which I personally like because this rum gains complexity. Tasty, though not revolutionarily new.”
