The "Diamond Full Proof PM" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Rock & Rhum. It was distilled in 2013 from Molasses with a Double Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 63,5% and the mark is PM. A less integrated alcohol, from the smell to the finish, which kills everything else. On the nose I detect hints of moonshine, some apples, something sweet and a hint of chocolate. The taste is dominated by alcohol, wood notes and vanilla.
